Schedulers

Project schedulers play a key role in the development of company standards and scheduling techniques to ensure projects are efficiently completed on time and on budget. As a scheduler, you’ll directly impact the scheduling capabilities on projects in various stages of development.

Schedulers work as part of a collaborative team, interacting with engineers, estimators, construction managers, senior management and subcontractors to develop schedules and resolve issues. Major responsibilities include reviewing production schedules, worker orders and staffing, monitoring work processes and progress, recommending schedule modifications based on design changes or other interruptions, analyzing delays and impacts, guiding and mentoring other schedulers, and more.
