Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead new hires through their first days, ensuring they feel welcomed, prepared, and inspired.
- Partner with managers to ensure offboarding is professional and supportive.
- Apply listening tools, feedback loops, and data insights to improve processes.
- Work across HR functions to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Use technology and AI-enhanced insights to personalize experiences and streamline delivery.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR, employee experience, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with evolving tools and technologies.

- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
