Position Overview
The Indoc Training Specialist is responsible for coordinating and delivering employee onboarding and indoctrination (Indoc) programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company. This role manages orientation activities, facilitates training sessions, tracks completion of required training, and serves as a resource for employees throughout the onboarding process. The specialist partners with project leadership, HR, and operational teams to ensure employees understand company policies, safety expectations, procedures, and organizational culture while maintaining accurate training records and compliance requirements.

Location
This is a full time role on an active construction site in Study Butte, TX. Prior to mobilizing to site, candidates may report to an office site in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and Indoc training programs.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
- Track and maintain employee training records and completion status.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory training requirements.
- Partner with HR, Safety, and Operations to schedule and deliver onboarding activities.
- Provide guidance and support to new employees throughout the onboarding process.
- Prepare training materials, reports, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in training, onboarding, human resources, or workforce development.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in construction, industrial, or project-based environments preferred.
