Position Overview
The SAP Finance Analyst is responsible for the project delivery, production support, maintenance and configuration of Kiewit’s SAP FICO solutions and related third party bolt-on systems. The SAP Finance Analyst uses their experience, knowledge and leadership skills to recommend solutions and guide team members including 3rd party contractors.

Location
This position is located at our office at 12720 I Street, Omaha, NE. Work schedule is Monday - Thursday, with the option to work remote on Friday's.
Responsibilities
• Perform and manage SAP FI and CO module configuration using the IMG in the SAP areas such as FI, FSCM (IHC and Treasury), CO and FICO integrations between PS, SD, MM, Payroll and HR
• Provide customer facing application support and project delivery to business process owners
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance business stakeholders, document functional requirements, develop and recommend solutions and identify any potential process changes affected
• Support internal or third-party programming/development activities
• Manage test plans and lead QA/test activities for all configuration activities
• Assist business users and development team on support issues/enhancements
• Provide training and coaching to end users
• Document changes and follow Kiewit defined ITSM policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to change control policies and audit guidelines
• Complete a variety of work assignments within structured deadlines
• Follow corporate project execution framework
• Maintain and execute ITSM policy and procedures using Service Now
• Work on trouble shooting Bank Interfaces such as EBS, ACH, WIRE
• Work on tax related issues for AR & AP
• Knowledge on SAP Project System & Sales and Distribution is a plus and may have to work on them 20% of the time
• Knowledge on Vertex & LCR Dixon
• Work with interfaces between SAP and Legacy applications
• Trouble shoot IDOC issues
• Work on AP process using workflow process
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of functional SAP ECC FI/CO project delivery and production support experience
• Strong knowledge of financial & cost accounting processes and integration
• Working knowledge of SAP FI and CO master data to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules
• Experience with ECC NEW GL and FSCM is a plus
• PS, MM, PM, HR, Payroll, and SD integration knowledge a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Communicates well with all levels of management
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Able to work independently and communicate risks or potential problems to supervisor
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
