The Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM), will be a technical resource responsible for providing secure and timely access to Kiewit resources.   The primary responsibility of this position is the daily monitoring, review and resolution of computer application and system access requests.  This position will also contribute towards the creation of some technical IAM documentation, and provide oversight of new and existing policies, standards and practices, ensuring the underlying policies and procedures are supported. This position will report to the IAM Lead Associate.  The IAM team supports several enterprise tools and systems that are the backbone for many of the critical applications and business processes at Kiewit.  The IAM team ensures and enhances the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Kiewit’s technological resources, systems and tools while demonstrating the department’s vision and alignment to business objectives and strategy.

•    Ability to manage and prioritize access requests to ensure the right users have access to the right data at the right time 
•    Customer first attitude that supports end users directly when needed
•    Collaborative team player that works well with immediate peers, business users and other IT teams
•    Daily access related problem solving using Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SAP and internal Kiewit applications
•    Demonstrates a critical eye towards access related requests to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
•    Strategy, planning, and operational excellence through continuous improvement and automation
•    Provides guidance and awareness of secure solutions and requirements
•    Continuous documentation updates to ensure consistency throughout the department
•    Document and conform to processes related to security monitoring and detection
•    Prioritize workflow; addressing technical and non-technical escalations and satisfaction 
•    Customer service focus
•    Participates in knowledge sharing with other analysts to develop various levels of skill sets on the team
•    Interface with technical personnel and other teams as required
•    Stay informed and educated on IAM industry trends, potential threats and vulnerabilities 

•    A minimum of one year in an IT related position  
•    Microsoft Active Directory user and group management experience
•    Familiarity with SAP Tools preferred: ERP, SRM, CLM, CRM, Master Data and IDM 
•    Natural curiosity and a desire to continually learn and improve
•    Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
•    Must be able to identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions
•    Must be able to provide guidance and feedback to help an employee or groups of employees strengthen their knowledge, skills and abilities to accomplish a task or solve a problem
•    Must have the ability to write technical information in a clear and concise manner and to be able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences
•    Must be highly motivated, self-starting and self-directed with the ability to multi-task, work independently and as a part of multiple teams
•    Ability to work off-hours when required and be part of an on-call rotation.

•    O365/Azure AD and Exchange experience
•    Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools or log analysis
