Position Overview

We are looking to hire a mid-level Identity/Access Admin to join our Identity team!

 

We need someone who is process-focused and experienced in maintaining IAM systems, with hands-on experience integrating applications into Saviynt or similar identity governance platforms. Strong application integration experience is required, along with the ability to gather business requirements, drive projects to completion, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

 

As an Identity & Access Admin, you will serve as a technical lead for integrations and administration within the Identity team, providing input on systems, applications, and processes. This role combines identity and access management responsibilities with hands-on technical integration and troubleshooting. This position plays an important part in strengthening the team’s technical capabilities by sharing knowledge, improving existing processes, and supporting consistent, high-quality IAM implementations.

Location

This is a full time in office role located on our LaVista, NE campus. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and support teams to implement business-driven security solutions, including user accounts, entitlements, lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Gather and document business requirements and contribute to the delivery of security projects in coordination with Project Management and Business Process teams, ensuring clear and consistent stakeholder communication.
  • Perform security administration tasks and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes in collaboration with business and Service Desk teams.
  • Configure and integrate connected applications into Saviynt, including API-based integrations
  • Execute application onboarding into identity governance platforms in alignment with established standards and approved designs, and partner with application owners to ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot identity and access issues, including complex scenarios, by analyzing logs, API responses, and data mappings across integrated systems, and partner with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field such as IT Security, Computer Science, or Engineering (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • 4+ years of related work experience (Information Security, Identity Access Management, etc.) beyond the classroom.
  • Knowledge of user lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and user recertification.
  • Knowledge of role-based access controls (RBAC) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC) and their utilization in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including SAP ECC, SRM, CRM, etc., is a plus but not required. #LI-AK1

 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Identity Governance Admin platform (Saviynt or similar identity governance tools such as SailPoint)
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, including making and troubleshooting API calls using tools such as Postman
  • Basic scripting or programming experience (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Understanding of system integrations and data flow between enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth, SAML, etc.) is a plus
