Position Overview
This role provides administrative and operational support for learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs, leadership development activities, and employee learning experiences are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Development team.
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, workshops, and leadership development events.
- Coordinate calendars for trainers, facilitators, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and training documentation.
- Maintain department files, records, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
