Position Overview
Kiewit Business Services (KBS) is looking for a people-focused leader to join our Accounts Payable team as an AP Processing Supervisor. In this role, you'll lead a team of AP professionals, drive operational performance, champion continuous improvement, and help deliver exceptional service across the organization.

District Overview
Kiewit Business Services (KBS) provides essential business support services across the organization, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Human Capital Management, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement. Our teams partner closely with business units to deliver efficient, high-quality services that support operational success.
Location
This role is located on our LaVista, NE campus. There may be flexibility for a hybrid work opportunity for this candidate.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 AP Leads and Specialists.
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and employee development.
- Manage daily workloads and team priorities to ensure service, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation of operational enhancements.
- Monitor team performance and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain procedures, training materials, and departmental documentation.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving process improvements and implementing change.

- Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Finance, or Accounting operations. #LI-AK1
