District Overview
As part of the HR Operations team at Kiewit, you will contribute to a cohesive and strategic human resources function that underpins our global success. Transitioning from decentralized groups to a streamlined shared service model, our HR Centers of Excellence foster innovation and partnership across all organizational levels. This district is dedicated to continuous improvement, inclusion, and delivering best-in-class HR services that support employees and leaders everywhere Kiewit operates.

Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, specialized job boards, employee referrals, and strategic market mapping, to identify high-impact talent.
- Conduct thorough resume assessments and initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate efficiently with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and develop targeted recruitment campaigns that attract diverse candidate pools.
- Oversee candidate progression through screening, interviewing, and selection stages, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear, respectful communication, providing feedback, and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate recruitment metrics through the ATS to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a relevant field is required, underscoring a solid foundation in organizational dynamics and people management.
- Minimum of two years' specialized experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the construction or engineering industries, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific nuances and candidate expectations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.
- Proven expertise in negotiating employment offers and aligning recruitment strategies with broader business objectives enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with adaptability to evolving recruitment technologies and methodologies, is essential.

Base Compensation: $90 000 - $110 000
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
