Position Overview
As a Project Manager at Kiewit Foundations Co., you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects' direction, completion, and financial success. Your main responsibility will be working in the field on assigned projects, focusing on geotechnical foundation work. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success of the projects.
Location
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on-site at project locations across various states in the USA. You will receive a 10% field premium for your dedication to traveling to and working at job sites. While relocation is not mandatory, flexibility and willingness to travel are essential as you'll need to go where the construction projects are located.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of project budgets and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
- Focus on maintaining quality control, contract compliance, and overall project administration.
- Supervise project personnel and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the project team.
- Implement and oversee safety programs to create a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Ready to travel extensively, ranging from 50 to 75% of the time, to various project sites across the USA.
- Bringing over eight years of experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at over $100 million with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or possess equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in utilizing project scheduling tools like Primavera P6, adept at project cost control, and capable of interpreting project specifications and engineering drawings.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with a dedication to task completion and a keen attention to detail to identify and address discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple project facets simultaneously.
