Position Overview

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering (KIE) has an immediate opening for a Registration and Proposal Support Coordinator in our growing Business Line Management Group. You will be part of our rapidly growing Infrastructure Design Department, which includes structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects.

District Overview

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects.  Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk.  Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety.   Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company. Our staff shares experiences gained, innovative concepts, and best practices for all projects that we support.

This position is based out of our Lone Tree, CO Office 


•    Manage KIE accounts for all agency websites
•    Prioritize prequalification(s) and proposal(s) forms based on needs per qualifications and project pursuit(s) calendar for Client/Owner
•    Prepare and maintain prequalification status for all state and agency accounts
•    Initiate new prequalification application(s) as requested 
•    Prepare/Review Client/Owner documents with appropriate response content 
•    Order proposal information for KIE as requested by Pursuit Team(s)
•    Ensure that appropriate QC, Review(s) and Approval(s) are obtained for all content and deliverables
•    Develop appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of relevant information, best practices etc. between internal Kiewit parties
•    Keep records of all prequalification and proposal form(s) submitted for KIE
•    Shows the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and solve problems independently 
•    Drives continuous improvement and is a proponent for positive change, is willing and open to receive feedback
•    Earns trust, credibility, and buy in of processes from Proposals, Business Intelligence and Contracts to create better cohesion and clear communication within the organization
•    Assist KIE Contract Team with additional requests as needed


  • Degree is required 

  • 2+ years experience with drafting, reviewing, coordinating and participating on proposal development in a team environment for large complex infrastructure proposals 

  • Advanced skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills 

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail and consistency in work product 

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to be flexible, as work deadlines are Client/Owner-driven and require some extended work hours or workdays 

  • Effective communication (both oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills 

  • Energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to adjust to work well with other professionals from various backgrounds 

  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to produce high quality results 

  • High level of professionalism and standards 

Base Compensation: $50,000  - $65,000 
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
