Position Overview

We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic Human Resources Advisor to join our Global HR Service Center. As an HR Advisor, you will provide an elite experience for our new hires, employees, and managers regarding onboarding, offboarding, and other HR policies and procedures. You will serve as a first point of contact for our new hires, their managers, and HR Business Partners as they navigate the processes we support across US and Canada. We are looking for someone with great problem-solving skills, who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, Shared Service / Center of Excellence office environment. 

 

As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide an elite experience for our new hires, current employees, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). As a subject matter expert in onboarding and/or offboarding, you will support new hires and managers through all the steps leading up to and through the first day of employment all the way through the lifecycle to separation. Your use of our case management system, knowledge articles, and dashboards will ensure efficiency and a focus on process improvement. This position requires a good understanding of HR and the ability to explain the background and context of procedures to employees and managers on more complex issues. This includes evaluating and analyzing the request/concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate solution, and clearly communicating to all parties. This role works closely with Centers of Excellence team members and HR Business Partners to resolve problems and identify areas of improvement. This position also supports the department in the administration of HR work and projects assigned to the team.

Location

This position is located at our headquarters in Lone Tree, CO. The position requires regular onsite attendance.

Responsibilities

Employee Support & Case Management

  • Apply sound judgment, policy expertise, and critical thinking to determine the best course of action in varying situations
  • Obtain and provide requested information, or resolve, refer, or escalate cases according to HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with field HR teams, employees, and managers to administer assigned tasks and adjust priorities as workflow demands shift
  • Stay informed on organizational policies, procedures, and changes to provide timely and accurate support

 

Onboarding, Offboarding and Employee Experience

  • Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and interns while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires prior to their start date, delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience that balances empathy and consistency
  • Continuously seek enhancements to the employee experience through strategic thinking and process refinement. 

 

Systems, Data and Process Improvement

  • Navigate and utilize HR information systems (HRIS) with a solution-oriented approach that supports employees and managers
  • Leverage dashboards and reports to create presentations and communications for HR Business Partners and department leadership
  • Analyze case audits and work products to identify patterns and trends, recommending data-driven process improvements
  • Collaborate with management to uncover operational challenges and proactively identify opportunities for workflow optimization

 

Communication and Documentation

  • Draft and edit complex technical content (e.g., SOPs, email templates, knowledge articles, internal documentation) with clarity and precision
  • Demonstrate high-level verbal and written proficiency to ensure consistent, accurate messaging across platforms

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of various areas of human resources including onboarding, separations, benefits, employment, and pay-related practices
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, Shared Service / Center of Excellence office environment
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess complex issues, identify trends, and recommend solutions
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is preferrded
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects #LI-AK1

Base Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
