Position Overview
Kiewit is seeking a Business Relationship Manager / Strategic Business Lead to serve as a trusted partner to leadership across our districts performing construction in our Transportation market, part of Kiewit’s broader Infrastructure business segment. This role is responsible for aligning district business goals with enterprise capabilities, ensuring investments, initiatives, and shared services deliver measurable value across the project lifecycle.
This position acts as the primary and strategic interface with district leadership to develop solutions to business challenges through technical, data-driven solutions. Value is captured by coordinating expedient solution delivery in support of Kiewit’s construction-led, decentralized operating model through internal technology acceleration groups or other means as necessary.
District Overview
Kiewit’s Transportation market specializes in delivering complex construction solutions across a broad range of transportation projects — part of Kiewit’s Infrastructure business segment — with a primary focus on — but not limited to — roadways, highways, bridges, and other civil infrastructure across the central and southwestern United States. Our teams bring self-perform construction expertise to safely deliver reliable, resilient infrastructure that meets the safety, schedule, and quality demands of the public agencies and clients we serve. Beyond Transportation, this role may also provide opportunities to support additional Kiewit markets as priorities evolve.
Location
This position is based out of the Denver, Colorado region while serving districts and projects across the central and southwestern United States, and will require travel within this region, and more broadly across North America, up to 40% of the time to support district office and project site needs

• Review and approve citizen-development requests within assigned districts for corporate hosting to ensure governance and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to prototype and validate proposed technical solutions before committing to full-scale development.
