Position Overview
As a Supply Chain Clerk, you will support the Contract Management Services team and will be responsible for managing invoice allocations, tracking missing documents, performing quality control checks on contracts and change orders, and supporting various data entry and administrative tasks. This role requires close collaboration with contracts staff, compliance, and other internal teams.

Kiewit Supply Network specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients a world-class service that ensures equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated and procured at the right price and delivered on schedule.
Location
This position is based out of Lenexa, KS. This is a fully onsite role. No relocation assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Invoice management for remote projects
- Manage invoice allocations
- As needed, Coordinate needed change orders with contracts staff
- Follow up with approvers as needed
- Complete expediting tickets when required
- Track missing documents and send weekly reminders
- Contract and change order QC checks as needed
- Verify system set-up prior to Compliance review
- Work with Compliance on Rejected Document resolution
- Assist Contract Specialist with missing Supporting Documents
- Assist with follow up for unresponsive vendors
- Miscellaneous data entry and support in:
- InEight
- Docusign
- Other specials projects as requested
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in invoice management and contract administration is preferred.
