Position Overview

As an InEight Completions Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful configuration, operation, and adoption of InEight Completions and InEight Document across project teams. You will support field personnel, engineers, QA/QC, and commissioning teams by maintaining system integrity, enabling efficient digital workflows, and delivering high‑quality customization solutions. Your work will directly contribute to accurate inspections, seamless turnover processes, and consistent project execution.

District Overview

Kiewit Power Constructors (KPC) provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a union craft force.  Kiewit Power Constructors builds major EPC power plant and solar projects throughout North America.

Location

The position is based out of Lenexa, KS. 

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain project settings, workflows, and user permissions within InEight Completions
  • Maintain the InEight Document customization backlog and track progress of customization requests
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to field teams, engineers, QA/QC, and commissioning staff using the system
  • Deploy no‑code customization solutions to Document projects via a Service Portal
  • Create custom forms in InEight Compliance and Document using form designer tools
  • Work cross‑functionally with the Project Initiation Team to complete project customizations
  • Train new users and create guidance materials such as manuals, quick‑reference sheets, and walkthroughs
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data errors, and integration problems in collaboration with IT or InEight support
  • Set up and manage inspection forms, checklists, ITPs, and commissioning templates
  • Monitor inspection progress, punch items, and turnover documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain data integrity by reviewing entries, correcting inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance with project standards

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction technology platforms, preferably InEight Completions, InEight Document, or similar systems
  • Background in project controls, document control, or construction administration
  • Understanding of construction workflows, QA/QC processes, or commissioning activities
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support digital tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system or data issues
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, including backlog management and task prioritization
