Location
This position is based out of Lenexa, KS with the expectation of being in office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
- Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
- Negotiate offers strategically, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates.
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including social media, niche job boards, and industry events, to attract diverse talent.
- Analyze and report recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends, incorporating innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies into hiring practices.
- Champion employer branding initiatives, ensuring the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience preferrably in the construction, engineering, or technical roles

Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative skills
