Position Overview
We are currently looking for a proactive Procurement Administrator to support our growing demands at Kiewit Supply Network. Position will provide exceptional office administration support to a fast paced Industrial procurement team with high expectations in the Kansas City Metro area. Office administration support duties may include: maintaining various tracking logs, facilitating document transmittals, processing and managing Project files, Trade Partner and Project Team document management, office clerical/support services, printing, expense reporting, with other assigned tasks.

Kiewit Supply Network specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients a world-class service that ensures equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated and procured at the right price and delivered on schedule.
Location
This position is to be based out of our Lenexa, KS offices.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to perform administrative and clerical duties including maintaining various tracking logs, facilitating document transmittals, processing and managing Project files, and Trade Partner and Project Team document management
• Collecting and processing Trade Partner and regulatory documentation and requirements.
• Potentially assist with all account payable transactions and reporting, PO maintenance, and invoice reconciliation
• Potentially Assist with tracking of subcontract insurance, bonds, contract documents, invoices and payments
• Assist with various special projects
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Administrative experience required
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Organizational and reporting skills.
• Diligent and proactive with good attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional phone and written correspondence manner.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerBi.
• Flexibility in schedule – early/late as needed.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects/assignments.
• Ability to work with various personalities.
• Other software package experience that is preferred includes SharePoint, Concur, Bluebeam.
