Position Overview
The Technology Campus Manager will oversee a team of technicians and manage several fixed facilities within a designated geographic area. This role requires strong leadership to guide and support the team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services. As the Technolgy Campus Manager, you will provide direction, coaching, and performance assessments to optimize team operations and customer interactions, while identifying and addressing resource needs.

Location
This position is based out of Houston, Texas. This role will be split between our EC1 office (585 N. Dairy Ashford) and Woodlands, TX (3831 Technology Forest Blvd).
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, meeting all operational goals and objectives.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and business requirements.
- Collaborate with business units and KTG to gather IT estimates.
- Oversee procurement of necessary hardware and software.
- Lead or actively participate in KTG initiatives and projects.
- Make informed, timely decisions to resolve issues effectively.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and products.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to track team members' progress and identify opportunities for skill development.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues, make swift decisions, and determine appropriate responses.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to engage and inform multiple stakeholder groups.
- Skilled in coaching and developing team members, addressing their skill gaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in IT management.
