Position Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging AI and automation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, understanding complex problems, and designing practical solutions—while still being
hands-on enough to prototype and build.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable business applications, enhancing operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business needs and improve application performance
• Develop comprehensive documentation on application specifications and architectural designs, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Design and prototype solutions to improve workflows and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to scale solutions
• Build lightweight tools, integrations, and proofs of concept
• Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical plans
• Help prioritize and guide solution development across teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years in solutions engineering, or software development
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and system design
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
