Position Overview
Kiewit is seeking a Senior CDE Platform Manager to lead the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bentley ProjectWise. This role will play a critical part in advancing Kiewit’s Digital Delivery initiatives by standardizing data management practices, improving project collaboration, and enabling scalable digital workflows across infrastructure projects.

This position is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Responsibilities
• Lead implementation and governance of CDE platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bentley ProjectWise
• Develop and maintain CDE standards, workflows, and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to align digital delivery strategies with business objectives
• Manage platform configuration, deployment, and optimization
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Provide leadership and mentorship to CDE administrators and digital delivery team members
• Support project teams with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of CDE platforms
• Drive adoption of standardized workflows and ensure consistency across projects
• Interface with clients and external partners regarding CDE requirements and implementations
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to Kiewit’s digital ecosystem
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics to measure platform performance and project outcomes
• Support integration of CDE platforms with other enterprise systems and tools
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, or CDE platform management
• Proven experience implementing and managing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or Bentley ProjectWise at scale
• Strong understanding of Common Data Environment principles, data governance, and information management standards
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standards, workflows, and execution plans
• Experience integrating CDE platforms with design tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, or OpenRoads
• Strong leadership experience managing or mentoring technical teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems and workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10–25%)
