Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering (KIE) has an immediate opening for a dynamic Strategy Manager. You will be part of our rapidly growing District, which is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects.

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering (KIE) has an immediate opening for a dynamic Strategy Manager. You will be part of our rapidly growing District, which is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects with our multi-disciplined design teams that improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructable, and designed with a focus on safety.   Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company. Our staff shares experiences gained, innovative concepts, and design best practices for all projects that we support.

Location

This role will be based out of Kiewit’s Englewood, CO (South Denver area) office.  

Responsibilities

•    Demonstrate applied knowledge of process improvement methodologies
•    Analyze our current business operations to identify areas of strength and opportunities for process improvement
•    Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and diverse audiences
•    Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and processes without ownership or control 
•    Develop and implement training programs that improves proficiency of business operations

Qualifications

•    10+ years experience in a process improvement role.  
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Strong analytical skills – ability to create and analyze business information, track key business metrics
•    Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
•    Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time 
•    Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity 
•    Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
•    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills  
•    Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives 
•    Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
