Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer & Trainer who can both design high-quality learning content and confidently facilitate training sessions. This position supports learning needs across construction, equipment operations, technology, and corporate environments. The successful candidate will not only deliver training, but also understand how the content is applied in real work settings and be able to answer fundamental learner questions about real-world use.
Operational credibility matters. The person in this role must be comfortable engaging with field teams, superintendents, managers, and corporate leaders alike.
