Requisition ID: 182405
Job Level: Senior Level
Home District/Group: Kiewit Industrial District
Department: Human Resources

Position Overview
Kiewit is seeking a highly personable, resourceful and action-oriented Training Center Operations Specialist to serve in a senior-level operating role supporting the DFW Craft Training Center.
This position owns the day-to-day operating experience surrounding our training programs. The Training Center Operations Specialist serves as a primary resource for craft learners, visitors, vendors and internal partners and helps ensure the Training Center operates in an organized, welcoming and professional manner.
The role combines learner support, lodging and transportation logistics, vendor management, purchasing, Training Center readiness, first-day onboarding, visitor hosting and routine operational problem resolution.
The successful candidate will be someone people naturally approach when they need help and someone who takes ownership when something needs to be resolved. This is not an instructor, recruiter, HR generalist, facilities technician or administrative coordinator role. This position owns the operating environment and small support team around the program.
