Position Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the Power Delivery market by leading recruitment strategies, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent. This position will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and contribute to the growth and success of the district.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for the Power Delivery market
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate records and reporting of recruitment activities

Qualifications

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in the power delivery or related industry
Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience with high-volume recruiting and knowledge of industry-specific talent pools
