We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Controls/Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling efforts for complex engineering and construction projects, including those in nuclear or DOE environments. This role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and advanced reporting tools. The successful candidate will oversee schedule integration, cost tracking, change management, and team leadership to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. U.S. Citizenship is required due to facility-specific clearance requirements.

Responsibilities
- Integrate cost and schedule data with the enterprise system to support project financial goals, or oversee this integration effort.
- Lead tracking and reporting of budgets, project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities, and progress metrics for both direct hire and subcontracted work.
- Maintain planning and scheduling updates using EPC terminology and methodologies; develop and manage critical path logic networks and bar charts.
- Analyze and forecast project status against baseline schedules; assess impacts of design changes, construction delays, and report schedule status to all levels of management and clients.
- Prepare visual reports including graphs and charts to effectively communicate project status.
- Support the project team with change control management, including pricing and schedule impact assessments for change orders.
- Conduct critical path and time impact analyses to document current conditions and manage project changes.
- Lead a team focused on work packaging, ensuring alignment with construction sequencing.
- Analyze work progress and craft productivity reports to inform project forecasting.
- Manage design quantities and incorporate estimate changes into quantity, cost, and schedule reporting.
- Supervise a project controls team, including schedulers, cost analysts, and Advanced Work Packaging planners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project controls, scheduling, or related disciplines.
- U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan, organize, develop, review, and present planning and scheduling deliverables using professional judgment and EPC knowledge.
- Prior experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Experience in Nuclear or Department of Energy (DOE) projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct teams to achieve project goals.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 with a solid understanding of scheduling fundamentals.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
