Position Overview

The Electrical and Instrumentation Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative, scheduling, and coordination support to project leadership and site teams on large‑scale industrial construction projects. This role is integral to maintaining efficient daily operations for electrical and instrumentation teams by managing logistics, communications, and scheduling in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.

Location

This position is based on-site in Abilene, Texas full-time. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with conference room coordination, meeting setup, and calendar alignment
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and visitor needs 
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members (badging, access, orientation support)
  • Help coordinate travel, site visits, and meeting logistics as needed
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and general project coordination tools
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally across teams
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with special projects and team requests as they arise
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling needs for project leadership, team members, and meetings

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable working onsite in a construction or project‑based environment
  • Professional, dependable, and service‑oriented mindset
