District Overview
TIC Power (TICP) is a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation that provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a non-union craft force. Strength in estimating and pre-project planning. Constructing cogeneration, combined-cycle, geothermal and waste-to-energy generation and resource facilities. TIC Power builds major EPC power plant projects throughout North America.

Responsibilities
As a Business Coordinator, you will undertake various crucial responsibilities including:
- Monitoring weekly time entry meticulously to ensure compliance with payroll schedules and corporate policies.
- Compiling, analyzing, and distributing vital performance reports to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing accounts payable by verifying invoices and processing payments, thus maintaining harmonious vendor relationships.
- Coordinating with multiple remote departments and team members to ensure seamless operation flows and communication.
- Conducting thorough audits across different data types, demonstrating your commitment to accuracy and fraud prevention.
- Exhibiting exceptional attention to detail to ensure that all financial transactions uphold the highest standards of integrity.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word, facilitating effective task execution.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) along with at least six months of relevant experience or training that demonstrates your suitability for this role.
- While not mandatory, experience with SAP and Microsoft Power BI is preferred to enhance reporting capabilities and data analysis.
- A background in payroll processing and accounts payable is highly advantageous, as it aligns well with the responsibilities of this position.
