Position Overview

 

****TEMPORARY POSITION - 6 to 9 Month Contract****

 

As a Administrative Support Professional (Payroll Admin./Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable), you will provide day-to-day support with general administrative functions and team management needs (e.g., meeting coordination, travel support, team-building efforts, phone and email communication), as well as Payroll / AP / AR and collaborating with and support team members, and work on key projects and initiatives.

Location

This position is located in Great Falls, MT.

Responsibilities

  • Input and process payroll on a daily basis for craft and staff employees for the project site in Great Falls, MT.
  • Writing formulas, managing pivot tables, and utilizing critical thinking skills to interpret the data within.
  • Prepare and generate payroll-related reports as required.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.  
  • Work closely with the jobsite contact(s), corporate payroll, and the tax department to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with government agencies and internal policies.
  • Process formalities for new employees and terminations. 
  • Issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
  • Coordinate craft onboarding scheduling and paperwork
  • Assist with related special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+years' experience in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, etc.) is required.
  • Someone who has the ability to write formulas, manage pivot tables, and utilize critical thinking skills to interpret the data within.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong organizational skills to sort and handle an abundance of timecards
  • Prior SAP or other payroll/timekeeping system knowledge preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work more than eight (8) hours per day when necessary 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
