Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Business Coordinator will be to support all administrative needs pertaining to the Lenexa Shared Service team.

Location
This role is based in Clarksville, TN.
Responsibilities
Administer online procurement system, including workflow requirements and master data.
Ensure purchase orders, agreements, invoices and etc. are following company standards.
Interface with various internal and external clients.
Maintain various reporting metrics and templates.
Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
Apply for volume rebates and discounts according to master purchasing agreements.
Validate the RPA output for accuracy
Provide administrative support to four purchasing agents and other business personnel.
Additional assignments as directed by leadership.
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Distribution of department mail
Qualifications
2+ years of prior administrative support experience required
Ability to build pivot tables, vlookups is required
Knowledge of how to use Macros is required
Must have accounting experience with debits/credits, G/L codes, and assets
Associate’s degree related to the role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI
Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various internal and external online platforms to perform job duties
Experience working with modern technologies such as SAP, video conferencing, etc.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization and active listening skills
Deadline-driven with a sense of urgency
Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Able to take direction and provide timely feedback on progress of tasks
Strong emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem solve and perform routine analysis on financials
