Position Overview

Location

This position is based out of Waltham, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

•    Assist with onboarding craft and staff employees
•    Review field hours daily
•    Research and resolve general payroll questions
•    Provide guidance to field users to ensure accurate time entry
•    Monitor and correct time entries provided by field users to ensure accurate time entry
•    Confirm pay additions and deductions provided to field users are displayed and distributed accurately
•    Answer any and all questions associated with field user paychecks

Qualifications

•    Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Ability to provide superior customer service in a fast paced environment where strict deadlines need to be met
•    SAP experience is a plus but not required
