Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules to track progress, identify risks, and support successful project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, labor productivity, and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare and deliver project performance reports, dashboards, cash flow projections, and executive summaries.Support earned value management, cost trending, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Identify schedule, cost, and execution risks and collaborate with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project changes by tracking scope modifications, budget impacts, and schedule adjustments.
- Partner with project managers, field operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to provide accurate project controls data and recommendations.
- Support project planning, resource forecasting, manpower planning, and overall project performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project review meetings and assist leadership with data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure project controls processes, reporting standards, and documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or project management within the construction industry.
- Experience supporting electrical construction, industrial, power, utility, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Base Compensation: $96,000/yr - $101,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
