Scheduling Analyst - Mass Electric Transportation

Position Overview

As a Scheduling Analyst, you will get the opportunity to work closely with construction and engineering operations as you develop engineering and construction schedules. You will be responsible for building and updating schedules as various milestones and project deliverables are completed or added to scope of work. Provide updates to key project team members on the progress of project progression.

This position is based out of Seattle, WA

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, procurement staff, construction managers, subcontractors and other project services staff to provide detailed planning and scheduling of projects from conceptual planning through engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Provide schedule updates and analysis using Critical Path Methodology
  • Develop, update, and maintain resource loaded schedules 
  • Track milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items, and other critical project deliverables
  • Confirm project status; identify and report on variations in the schedule in a timely manner
  • Organize and document project planning sessions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, as needed, to analyze delays and impacts to the project schedule.
  • Prepare progress reports, curves, and graphs for each assigned project
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications
  • Interface with clients, owners and representatives
  • 0-4 year's experience in Primavera (P6) Scheduling
  • 1-3 years scheduling experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree. Technical training or related experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Suite and Primavera 6
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team
  • The ability to travel or relocate based on company needs
