Front Desk Admin/ Office Manager

Position Overview

As an Office Manager, you will support the administration of business aspects in the project office working at the front desk. This is a temp to full time position for 3-4 years.


This position is required to work in the office, Phenix, AZ

  • Work from the front desk
  • Manage the office,
  • Order supplies and Lunches as needed 
  • Manage and reserve Conference rooms
  • Manage mail and small packages
  • Support Field Engineers
  • Assist in submittals (mostly transmit)
  • Assist Business Managers
  • Process invoices
  • Print out people wall
  • Involvement in the project office setup.
  • Maintain records as required regarding job progress, and costs.
  • Assist with document control efforts
  • Coordinate work with other co-workers on the job.


• Previous office management experience preferred
• High School diploma, GED equivalent, or above
• Must be knowledgeable in basic administrative duties,
• Must have excellent supervisory, organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Exhibits integrity & ethical behavior in all things; understands Kiewit ethics policy of knowing and acting within policies and practices.
• Works independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated with the desire to do what it takes to get the job done.
