District Overview

Continental Fire Sprinkler Company, a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, is a turnkey fire protection contractor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. With talented people and extensive resources, Continental Fire Sprinkler Company has completed a wide range of projects within 46 different states throughout the nation since 1971.

Location

This position is based out of our Hanover, MD office.

Responsibilities

•    Answering and properly routing incoming phone calls (multiple phone lines)
•    Maintain various types of records including, but not limited to, hardcopy records and several databases.
•    Handling the mail (incoming and outgoing) which includes preparing shipping labels
•    Assisting with coordination of company events
•    Responsible for maintaining and uploading documents to an electronic filing system
•    Maintaining and ordering office supplies
•    Assisting with diverse administrative tasks
•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•    High School diploma or equivalent and two or more years’ office administrative experience
•    Must possess excellent customer service skills
•    Ability to multi-task and perform detail-oriented work
•    Strong computer skills (MS Office) required
