Responsibilities

•    Develop and maintain a document control system that meets the needs of the project.
•    Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 
•    Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents, including hard copies and      electronic copies.
•    Develop and maintain document control procedures and processes. 
•    Ensure all documents are properly labeled and tracked.
•    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 
•    Train project team members on document control procedures and processes. 
•    Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper document control coordination. 
•    Manage and maintain a centralized document repository. 
•    Maintain a log of all project-related documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
•    Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to all necessary parties. 
•    Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with document control procedures and processes. 
•    Perform other duties as assigned. 
 

Qualifications

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, specifically in the construction or engineering industry.  Nuclear market is a plus.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
•    Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite 
•    Knowledge of construction terminology and processes 
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
