Position Overview

he Survey Drone Tech will be responsible for flying drone and surveying project sites across the Pacific Northwest region.

Location

Medford, OR with travel to other areas of the project. 

Responsibilities

•    Will be responsible for flying drone throughout project sites. May include travel to other locations for assisting other drone teams.
•    Responsible for daily overview of each area of the project 
•    Must receive and process drone request work-flows
•    Manage and regularly maintain survey/drone equipment 
•    Responsible for organizing and tagging video, pictures, and other related information 
•    Aid CAD/Lidar data processing team when needed
 

Qualifications

•    Must have a FAA Commercial Drone Pilot’s license as a Certified Remote Pilot (UAS) 
•    An Associate degree in Surveying, or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
•    Previous experience in industrial construction or survey operations is preferred 
•    Strong written and verbal communications skills
•    Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
•    Strong work ethic – Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right
•    The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•    Must have a valid driver's license
