Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Greet people entering organization, directing them to correct destination
•    Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
•    Provide information to callers; Deal with queries from the public and customers
•    Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
•    Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient office environment
•    Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
•    Provide general administrative and clerical support
•    Prepare correspondence and documents
•    Monitor and maintain office supplies / control inventory 
•    The main point of contact conference room scheduling and catering orders
•    Receive and route incoming packages and mail
•    Prepare and submit expense reports as needed
•    Update office and personnel contact information
•    Ensure office related invoices are processed
•    Assist with special projects as requested
•    Excellent communication (verbal and written)and organizational and time management skills
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a receptionist role 
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
•    Ability to work well with others in all capacities within the company
•    Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•    Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point and external user sites
•    Experience using SAP preferred
