Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
5 years post bachelor experience as a Technical Architect, System Analyst, Software Engineer/Developer or related. Experience must include:Designing and modifying Employee Stock System in PowerBuilder Development Tool in compliance with IRS 1099/1042-S Tax reporting requirements for US and Canada stockholders.  Developing C# .NET Applications using iDesign Software Architecture (incl. Angular, SQL Database, Reporting and Integration Services for Azure Dev Ops Project). Developing and maintaining Construction Management Software Solutions (incl. Time Collection System, Operations Research System(ORS) & Executive Reporting, ERP System interface, Estimates Benchmarking). Azure Web Development (incl. Web Apps, Functions, Active Directory Authentication, Service Bus with BLOB Storage, Web Jobs and Application Insights). Waterfall and AGILE Software Development methodologies life cycle (Requirement Grooming, Technical Design, Coding and Unit testing, Release management, Production Support).

Duties: Interact with clients and with the Lead Software Engineer and Architecture Teams, to develop system solutions to business problems.Write clean well thought out design and code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity, and maintainability. Work within established procedures and tools to develop, test, code review, implement, and maintain application software while focusing on best practice application security throughout the code life-cycle. Communicate effectively and partners well with other disciplines of the project team to deliver high quality solutions from vision to deployment and long term product stability. Performs product design tasks of a moderate to high complexity which require research and analysis by considering the customer's perspective and experiences when designing systems. Performs system design and specification development, program logic, application security, testing, debugging, and documentation with full awareness of cost/benefit, risk and performance. Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions. Prepares program specifications and develops coding logic flowcharts in compliance with secure coding standards. Design, develop and deploy application solutions using user-centric design methodology. Define and document the design of functionality through use cases, business process flows, UI design, and UML modeling as necessary.  Perform application technology innovation R&D. Understand system architecture with an eye to scalability and efficiency.
