Position Summary: 
The KTG HCM Intern will work with a team of Product Owners that support the products in the HCM business. The Intern will learn about the HR business processes and help manage work items in the HCM space.  This role will be responsible for assisting with product and project technical support for HCM products.  The Intern will also be responsible for assisting with documentation of business processes and technical solutions.  This resource will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to realign work items to the appropriate team.  The Intern will also be responsible, in partnership with the Product Owners, for responding to service desk tickets or business requests in a timely manner, researching and resolving escalated technical support issues.  In addition, this role will help with continuous improvement efforts related to the management of our products.  

• Assist Product Team in documenting business processes & troubleshooting guides for technical requests
• Provide technical support enabling business users to conduct day-to-day business
• Document incident tickets and service requests with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers, team members and department contacts
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best customer experience possible
• Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations
• Escalate to Product Owner/Product Manager any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided
• Participate as an active team member working on various projects within assigned team 
• Under the direction of an application team member, collaborate with end users to analyze and develop business requirements for business application enhancements and problem resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT or related field
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Detail-oriented, highly organized
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in business language
• Ability to communicate on a technical level
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret information
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Maximum work schedule is 40 hours/week
