Our mechanical commissioning engineer will work under the direction of our completions manager who will lead and guide them through all aspects of commissioning duties. The responsibilites of our mechanical commissioning engineer are, but are not limited to:

  • Creating MC walkdown packages
  • Manage MC walkdown schedule
  • Manage and verify field redlines
  • Manage and close punches and deficiencies
  • Manage and complete equipment preservation tasks
  • Manage and schedule equipment maintenance tasks as per manufacturer recommendation
  • Support commissioning technicians
  • Provide support during troubleshooting and verification of mechanical equipment

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in commissioning
  • Ability to travel and or to work on a rotational schedule
  • Experience with industrial construction sites
  • Experience with pumps, compressors, diesel generators or HVAC would be an asset
