Summary:
The OSSQ Coordinator reports, tracks and assists with closure of Supplier Findings.  The goal is to ensure that permanent materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customer’s quality and workmanship expectations.  The OSSQ Coordinator also tracks OSSQ KPI’s and provides date for Supplier Scorecards and performance metrics.  The position will require up to 20% travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Record, monitor and follow up on OSSQ inspection report supplier Findings until closure.  This involves direct contact with the Finding “owner.” Document and file the action to cure the Finding in the Findings database for historical purposes
•    Maintain and report on OSSQ KPI’s and assist with OSSQ Flash Report 
•    Maintain and develop the VRS (Vendor Rating System).  This involves management of the supplier and evaluations process
•    Act as a backup to the OSSQ Administrator
•    Be able to read and understand equipment specifications, provide feedback in regard to recommended testing and inspections and be prepared to negotiate with suppliers on those recommendations
•    Report to management the project on production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems
•    Have a thorough knowledge of KSN quality procedures, ISO Quality Management System, relevant documents and reporting structures 

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Excellent written and verbal communications to include presentations to project and KSN management
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel)
•    A four-year Engineering, science or technical college or University degree
•    Familiarity with Energy and Infrastructure Procurement and vendor surveillance/SQ procedures is preferred
•    Detail oriented 
•    Flexible and highly motivated
•    Strong work ethic and professional demeanor 
•    Effective time management and organizational skills
•    Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately 
•    Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
•    Must be a team player that is able to work independently and meet intense deadlines, goals and objective
