Responsibilities:
• Leads and facilitates the project planning process
• Develops and maintains project schedules in Primavera
• Resource load project schedules to gain alignment with estimated scope of work
• Produces Earned Value reports and progress reports
• Obtains input from project team members to update schedule progress within Primavera
• Provides timely analysis and reporting to support the project team and evaluate schedule alternatives to support project changes.
• Supports project metrics

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Business Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of scheduling engineering experience
• Must be a Team player
• Position requires thorough knowledge of project scheduling best practices and principles
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications
• Must be able to interact with multiple levels of the organization
• Must be self-motivated with minimum supervision
• Must possess organizational skills and analytical thinking for accuracy and completeness
• Proficiency in Primavera 6 scheduling software preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must
