Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the compliance with all contract plans and specifications. Responsibilities include daily quality control inspections, safety inspections of company equipment as well as inspections of company surveys and quantity computations.

Responsibilities
• Plan and supervises activities- including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, work schedules and ensures all necessary reporting requirements are met.
• Maintains liaison with operations, engineering and estimating to ensure work complies with contract specifications, drawings and work schedule.
• Conducts pre-construction planning sessions and meetings with project site team members.
• Manages and submits weekly payrolls and requisitions for parts and materials.
• Ensures that all on site personnel complies with project site procedures and Weeks Marine safety program. Documents all violations, notifies management and takes corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of dredging or marine construction experience preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Proficient knowledge of equipment related to the marine construction industry
• This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written language
