Position Overview
The Project Manager serves as a liaison to internal departments and external customers and is responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements for specific construction projects. Performs activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials, and schedules to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner.

This position is based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Administer contract and all subsequent addenda, supplemental information, schedules, and change requests.
- Participate in site management meetings and initiate proactive coordination effort for the project.
- Direct planning for contract installation, including personnel requirements, job progress schedule, schedule of materials, fabrication, and equipment to job site.
- Monitor job costs, expenses, and quality control of all project activities to ensure completion within contractual time & budget constraints.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or Science & Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in fire protection systems or MEP field
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, and fire protection operations.
- Working knowledge of NFPA, IBC, and IFC codes
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Team player with ability to coordinate efforts among other project managers and departments.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Prolog or equivalent).
