Position Overview
The Service Account Manager is responsible for the general oversight of a portfolio of properties and clients. The role will focus on the customer experience, maintaining and building relationships with customers/vendors, reviewing existing fire protection systems service needs and ensuring timely delivery of reports, quotes, and invoices.

Aero offers complete services for all construction market types and any size project as well as complete testing and maintenance services.
Location
This position is based out of Deer Valley, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers interested in purchasing continuing services (inspections, testing and maintenance) for existing fire protection systems.
- Prepare detailed, technical proposals which identify the scope of services being provided.
- Demonstrate products or services and provide assistance in the best application of products or services.
- Apply knowledge of National Fire Protection Association standards to analyze hazards and identify appropriate design approaches.
- Estimate cost of services including design, materials, fabrication, equipment, permit, subcontracts, consulting fees, and installation labor.
- Negotiate and review service agreements.
- Manage execution of the scope of work related to the active service agreement.
- Assist in the review and distribution inspection reports
- Explain deficiencies noted on the inspection reports
- Provide backup support as necessary to ensure customer understanding
- Submit documentation (as required) to customer contact and local AHJ or 3rd party compliance system.
- Work with Accounting Department to prepare monthly billings. Evaluate, estimate, and negotiate change orders.
- Help customers identify future budget needs based on status of systems within portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the Fire Protection industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Provide a high-level of customer service
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
