Position Overview

The Office Administrator provides support to multiple departments in a construction environment, and is responsible for overall front office activities including reception duties.  
This position requires a team-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and time 
management skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.

District Overview

A subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company is one of the Southwest’s largest and most-respected fire protection contractors.  With its roots in Phoenix, AZ, Aero also operates through branch offices in California and Colorado.  Aero offers complete services for all construction market types and any size project as well as complete testing and maintenance services.   

Location

The office is located at 6753 E 47th Avenue Drive, Suite F, Denver 80216.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to Sales, Project Management, and Construction 
  • departments.    
  • Assists with weekly submittal of timecards for field employees.
  • Maintains various spreadsheets in Microsoft Office for tracking items such as code changes 
  • and municipality requirements.
  • Maintains and updates project information into database and electronic files.
  • Answers incoming calls and assists visitors.
  • Orders office supplies and maintains office organization.
  • Assists field employees with administrative functions, such as onboarding paperwork.
  • Delivers and picks up plans and permits to/from clients or municipalities.
  • Assists with related special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years of experience providing direct administrative support in a professional office 
  • environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Bluebeam, 
  • Adobe Acrobat, and internet research.  
  • Excellent record of reliability and attendance.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Professional communication skills; must be able to produce well-written correspondence 
  • and emails.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional communication with employees across 
  • all departments and work locations. 
  • Must be able to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the job.

LI-ES1

Base Compensation: $37,765  - $56,647 
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
